I’m getting fed up with how long it takes in this store. I was stuck waiting forever, and the line barely moved while the staff didn’t seem to be in any hurry. I’ve had to explain this kind of issue more than once, and it’s frustrating that nothing seems to change.

"Pretty frustrating order experience"
Well... I placed an order on cannacabana and it wasn’t even close to what I expected. One item was missing, and another item they sent was the wrong one. The fulfillment also took longer than the time they originally showed, and the updates weren’t very useful, so I kept having to check on it myself. Support did respond, but it felt like I was just sitting around waiting without any clear solution. Overall, annoying experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Not fresh at all, honestly disappointing"
I ordered a few things and, wow, the quality was just not it. Everything felt kind of old and dry, like it had been sitting around for way too long before it got to me. I’m not expecting perfection, but come on, freshness is kind of the bare minimum.
The taste was off, the texture was weak, and the whole thing just felt disappointing for what I paid. It’s frustrating because I really wanted to like it, but this was not worth it. Probably won’t be ordering again...

I tried using the Cannacabana loyalty program because I figured it might save me a bit, but the experience was frustrating from the start. The points, rewards, and what I was actually able to use weren’t explained clearly, so I kept second-guessing whether I was missing something.
I ended up clicking around for way too long and still wasn’t confident anything would apply at checkout. Based on that experience, it just didn’t feel worth the effort for me.

"Hard to trust this company"
I didn’t come away feeling good about trusting Cannacabana after the issue with my order, because the updates were confusing, the answers from support were super short, and every time I tried to figure out what was actually going on it felt like I was getting just enough of a reply to end the conversation but not enough to actually help me.
What bothered me most was that nobody really seemed willing to take responsibility, it was more like copy-and-paste responses and vague explanations, and for a site selling this kind of stuff I really think the whole process should feel way more reliable and transparent.
Maybe other people have had a smooth experience with them, and that’s great if they have, but mine left a bad taste and I don’t see myself ordering from cannacabana.com again

I was going to place an order on cannacabana.com, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable entering my info. The checkout page just gave me a bit of a weird feeling, and I couldn’t easily find clear details about security or how my information would be protected. "Labels were confusing for some reason"
I ordered from cannacabana.com and, for some reason, the product labels were harder to understand than I expected. The THC/CBD info wasn’t very clear, so I felt like I had to guess more than I should have. Not the worst experience, but it definitely made the order more confusing than it needed to be.

I was browsing cannacabana.com recently the layout feels more annoying than it used to. I remember it being a bit easier to find stuff before, but now the menus aren’t super clear and I ended up clicking around way too much for basic things. The pages loaded fine, so it’s not like the site is broken or anything, but the navigation just doesn’t feel smooth anymore. Not the worst experience, just kind of frustrating

I went by sometime around when they were supposed to be open, at least according to the hours I saw posted. I’ll admit I was a little mixed up on the exact timing because I had checked it earlier and then again later, but either way it looked like they should’ve been open.
When I got there, the door was locked and I didn’t see any clear note or sign explaining what was going on. I hung around for a few minutes, checked the hours again, and still couldn’t really tell if I was early, late, or if they had just closed unexpectedly.
It was just frustrating because I planned my stop around the listed hours and ended up wasting the trip. Not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but the hours definitely didn’t seem reliable when I went...

The checkout process worked fine overall, I guess, but I was a little surprised by how few payment options there were. It wasn’t terrible, and I did get through it, but it would definitely feel more convenient if they added a few more ways to pay.

I ordered thinking it would be low key, but the whole experience didn’t feel as discreet as I expected. There were just a few too many details showing up in emails and updates, and I remember feeling kind of uneasy about it.
It might not bother everyone, and maybe it’s fine depending on what you’re ordering, but if privacy is a big thing for you, I’d probably be cautious. I don’t think I’d use them again

I tried to return something the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and the exchange option didn’t really solve anything. It felt like they were making the return process difficult on purpose, and that’s not okay. If a company sells a product, they should also take responsibility when a customer needs help after the purchase. I expected better, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

Some of the store information wasn’t very clear either, so I had to spend extra time figuring things out.
